Refunds

If for any reason, you or your child withdraws from the dance school before November 1, 2021, we will need a written withdrawal (email acceptable). Your class fees and costume deposit will be returned to you for the remainder of classes after the date which we receive your written withdrawal.  

A registration fee of $30.00 (included in annual fee) is non-refundable.

No refunds of any kind will be made after November 1, 2021. 

By this date classes have been well established and recital planning is underway.

****Please note that if your child should withdraw after November 1, 2021  payment for tuition fees for the remainder of the 20201-2022 dance season will still be required. 

If you have paid your tuition fees in full, no refunds will be issued. 

If you are paying your tuition fees by post-dated cheque installments, your cheques will not be returned and will still be deposited on their due dates.

If you are paying your tuition fees by credit card installments, your card on file will be charged the remainder of the tuition owed in full shortly after receipt of a notification of withdrawal.
